Mr. Selwyn

Just listened to The Formula by Mr. Selwyn, shit almost  had me in tears. Damn! so many memories popped up from the vault in my memory bank. You know there was a time when hip hop wasn't about who is the illest or who is the coolest and all the crap these niggaz be into these days. I remember when it was a way for us to survive the everyday struggle of living ko kasi. As a kid listen to my fav rapper helped me a lot, cause I was very depressed and lonely. It gave me a voice and it let me know that I wasn't struggling alone, there are others like me and they have overcame their weaknesses and become great artists.
